A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The booking is confirmed once the required deposit is received and the Terms of Service are accepted. The remaining balance is due when the entertainer arrives, before the performance begins. Applicable fees are itemized and communicated before confirmation, and any additional fees are disclosed in the booking confirmation.

All events are strictly 18+, and no one under 18 may be present. Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required from customers and entertainers before booking confirmation, and entertainers carry identification at events. A minimum six-foot no-touch buffer between the entertainer and everyone present is a strict condition of performance.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancel at least two days before the event and nothing further is owed beyond the non-refundable deposit; cancel less than two days before the event and a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee applies. Rescheduling requests must also be submitted in writing at least two days ahead, are subject to entertainer availability, and carry a rescheduling fee. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
