What are the age and ID requirements?
Everyone must be 18 or older — customers, entertainers and every guest at the event. Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required before a booking is confirmed, and entertainers carry ID at every event. As the host, you're responsible for making sure everyone attending is of legal age. Minors are prohibited at any event, without exception.
What are the contact rules during a performance?
Strictly no touching. A minimum distance of six feet must be maintained at all times between the entertainer and everyone present. This is a non-negotiable condition of every booking, and the entertainer or the company may end a performance if that rule or another applicable Term is breached.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you cancel at least two days before your event date, nothing further is owed beyond the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel less than two days out, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee applies. Rescheduling requests must also be made in writing at least two days ahead, are subject to entertainer availability, and carry a rescheduling fee. Full details are in our Terms.
