Valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification is required from customers and entertainers before a booking is confirmed, and entertainers carry identification at events. The customer is responsible for ensuring all attendees are of legal age.
What are the rules about contact during a performance?
A minimum distance of six feet is maintained between the entertainer and everyone present at all times. This no-touch rule is a strict condition of performance. Performances must comply with applicable state and local law, and the entertainer or the company may end a performance and leave if the rules are breached or if anyone feels unsafe.
