A minimum six-foot distance between the entertainer and all attendees applies at all times — it's a strict condition of performance, not a guideline. Entertainers and the company both retain the right to end a performance and leave if these rules are broken, without refund.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the address listed in our Terms of Service. If you cancel at least two days before your event, nothing further is owed beyond the non-refundable deposit. Inside two days, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking fee applies. Rescheduling requests also need to be made in writing at least two days ahead, are subject to entertainer availability, and carry a rescheduling fee.
