Show-Up Guarantee applies to confirmed bookings where accurate event details are provided and the client is reachable at the time of service. Delays or issues caused by incorrect information, unsafe conditions, or lack of communication may void the guarantee. $100 credit is non-transferable and must be used within [6–12 months].
