Yes. Browse the profiles for your city and tell your specialist who you want. Requests are subject to that performer's availability on your date. Every photo on the site is real and unedited, so the dancer you select from a profile is the one who meets you at the dock. If your first choice is unavailable, your booking specialist can go through the alternatives open on your date.
